The distribution platform for hotel data in the AI ecosystem

Once your hotel’s information has been structured and centralized with Q-Data, it must be distributed where it truly counts: on your digital channels, across distribution platforms, and within intelligent agents.

Q-Channel is the bridge between your Q-Data knowledge base and the AI world. It ensures your hotel data is distributed, updated, and consistent across all human and intelligent platforms.

With Q-Channel, your information becomes alive circulating, interacting, and significantly improving your visibility in generative search, while drastically reducing AI errors and hallucinations.

What Q-Channel does?

01

Distribute your data across all channels

  • With Q-Sync: To OTAs, travel agencies, tour operators, CRS, bed banks, GDS and metasearch engines;
  • With Q-Share: To the hotel’s digital touchpoints: website, CMS, mobile app, interactive kiosks, screens and connected TVs;
  • With Q-MCP: To public LLMs (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok, etc.) and private LLMs (proprietary AI, chatbots, voice assistants, robots, etc.).
  • Q-Channel = Q-Sync + Q-Share + Q-MCP

02

Enable seamless AI communication

  • Q-Sync is Quinta’s synchronization engine dedicated to the continuous and controlled updating of hotel data across third-party distribution channels. Q-Sync synchronizes hotel data exclusively to: OTAs, Travel agencies, Tour operators, CRS (Central Reservation Systems), Bed banks, GDS (Global Distribution Systems), Metasearch engines.
Using Q-Data as the single source of truth, Q-Sync ensures that every validated update is consistently propagated, fully traceable and versioned across all distribution channels, eliminating data discrepancies in distribution environments.

  • Q-Share is the API that enables the distribution and synchronization of 3,700 structured data points from Q-Data across all hotel digital assets: website, mobile app, CMS and other digital touchpoints.
Beyond data distribution, Q-Share automatically creates, maintains and updates the Schema.org file, a foundational element for website optimization in the era of generative search and AI-readable content.

  • Q-MCP (Quinta Model Context Protocol) is Quinta’s native AI connectivity protocol. It allows all AI systems public and private to connect in a standardized, secure and governed way to Q-Data, the single source of truth for hotel data. Q-MCP exposes Q-Data as a trusted, AI-readable reference context for public LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok, etc.) and private AI systems (chatbots, voicebots, AI agents), enabling them to query, understand and use structured, certified and up-to-date data without approximation or hallucination.

03

Ensure consistent, up-to-date information

  • Every update made in Q-Data is automatically synchronized across all your channels.
  • This guarantees that both your human customers and AI agents for hotels always access accurate, up-to-date, and consistent information.

Key benefits for hotels in the AI data era

  • Increased visibility: your properties are discoverable by search engines, travel platforms, and conversational AIs.
  • Competitive edge in generative search: structured data improves your visibility across AI results, often ahead of OTAs.
  • Reduced AI hallucinations: reliable, verified data significantly lowers the error rate of generative systems.
  • Time savings: eliminate the need for manual updates across dozens of platforms.
  • Consistency and reliability: a single source of truth for all your hotel data, always synchronized.
  • Full interoperability: your information becomes accessible and usable across the entire digital hospitality ecosystem.
  • Ready for agentic commerce: Q-Channel makes your hotels truly AI-ready — discoverable, readable, and bookable by intelligent agents.

FAQ

What’s the difference between Q-Data and Q-Channel?

  • Q-Data collects, structures, and centralizes all hotel information: descriptions, amenities, policies, images, and more into a unified and verified knowledge base.
  • Q-Channel distributes Q-Data everywhere travel is sold, displayed and decided:
    • Q-Sync for travel distribution,
    • Q-Share for hotel digital touchpoints,
    • Q-MCP for public and private AI systems.

How does Q-Channel enhance hotel visibility?

Q-Channel makes hotel data readable and understandable by artificial intelligence systems.
This means each property becomes visible not only on traditional travel platforms and search engines but also within AI-generated results from tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity.

By leveraging structured and contextualized data, along with protocols like MCP (Model Context Protocol) and A2A (Agent-to-Agent), Q-Channel ensures continuous updates, accurate interpretation, and increased visibility in conversational and generative search results.

Why is this essential for the future of hotel distribution?

Today, intelligent agents are capable of searching, comparing, and even completing transactions autonomously.
Q-Channel prepares hotels for this transformation by making their data reliable, interoperable, and accessible to both humans and AI systems.

This approach ensures that every hotel can be discovered, understood, and booked by intelligent agents securing greater visibility, data consistency, and a strategic advantage within the AI-driven hospitality ecosystem.
